The RockTower approach
The homes were planned around a gated cul-de-sac, each with front and rear garden space and a private drive to the front, and built with sustainability in mind.
Design, planning and delivery
Three named house types sit alongside one another: The Brook, The Granville and The Stables, each a four-bedroom detached home with one ensuite and one bathroom.
